Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK/European loans, review finance documents, and support loan life-cycle activities. You will build cash flow models, track milestones and events, and provide borrower reporting aligned with finance documents. You’ll liaise with borrowers, lenders, and lawyers to handle redemptions, amendments, and ad-hoc requests, while ensuring accurate back-office computations. This position sits in a professional team focused on accurate, timely loan servicing.

- Manage portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loans
- Review and ensure compliance of finance documents from close to life of loan
- Create cash flow models and waterfall processes
- Provide borrower reporting aligned with finance documents
- Diarise conditions subsequent, construction milestones and events
- Liaise with borrowers and representatives to ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers and lawyers on redemptions, restructurings, amendments, waivers
- Process transfers, set up waterfalls, review back-office calculations
- Liaise with project monitors, borrowers and lenders on drawdowns and lender splits
- Instruct valuations
- 5+ years of loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or related field
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
