We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Credit Administrator to join our Finance team in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and collection of customer credit accounts across multiple banners.

In this role, you will support accounts receivable operations, credit adjudication, collections, payment applications, customer account maintenance, and credit risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing and maintaining customer credit accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and credit application administration.
  • Conducting credit checks, reviewing supporting documentation, and assisting with the evaluation of customer creditworthiness.
  • Monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and supporting collection activities.
  • Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices, processing payments, and assisting with the resolution of credit, billing, deduction, and payment-related discrepancies.
  • Preparing accounts receivable and collections reports, reconciling account balances, and supporting month-end activities.
  • Maintaining accurate account records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues and performing other administrative duties as required.

You have:

  • A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of accounts receivable, collections, or credit administration experience.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles, credit management, and collections processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Quantel, FDS, or comparable accounting systems is considered an asset.
  • Enrollment in, or completion of, Credit Institute of Canada courses is considered an asset.

IND6 Compensation Details: $45,356.00 - $56,695.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
