What You'll Do

As a Credit Analyst, You'll Be At The Center Of Balancing Financial Risk With Strong Customer Relationships. You'll Work Closely With Clients And Colleagues Across Departments To

• Manage customer credit through daily risk analysis and control.


• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers while supporting company goals.


• Drive positive cash flow by achieving collection targets and managing receivables.


• Safeguard company assets by minimizing bad debts while enabling sales growth.


• Review and approve credit limits and payment terms.


• Continuously improve negotiation and collection techniques to optimize results.


• Collaborate effectively with other teams to support healthy communication and problem-solving.


• Maintain accurate customer files, reconcile accounts, and resolve issues quickly.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or risk management.


• Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.


• Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.


• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Post-secondary education in Credit, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is an asset.
