Credit Analyst

Gain exposure to both credit management and sales tax compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and customers in a role that blends analysis with relationship-building
You will support Accounts Receivable (AR), helping balance customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers
Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers
Review credit requests for extended show terms
Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation
Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates
Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers
Assist with audits and tax compliance activities
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software
