Credit Bureau Reporting Supervisor

Providing leadership and supervision to the Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections team, the full-time remote Credit Bureau Reporting Supervisor will manage workflow, oversee loan servicing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Key responsibilities: Manage workflow and assignments for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team to meet service standards Oversee processing of borrower correspondence related to electronic credit disputes Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Six or more years of experience in customer mortgage servicing or financial services, including one year in a senior or team lead role Familiarity with credit reporting and FCRA requirements Experience with relevant industry-specific software applications Knowledge of Metro 2 format is a plus
