Credit Collections Representative

Use credit analysis and collections expertise at McDougall Energy as a Credit Representative supporting customer satisfaction and account retention.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this detail-oriented Credit Representative reviews assigned accounts and addresses outstanding balances. The position involves Accounts Receivable aging, credit warnings, past-due investigations, risk analysis, and customer communications. You will also support incoming calls and residential budget payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts for compliance with credit policies
• Review aging lists and credit warning reports
• Investigate past-due accounts, budgets, and Non-Sufficient Funds
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balance collections
• Resolve inquiries through timely first-call resolution

Requirements:

• Ideally three years in Credit or Accounts Receivable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Accurate handling of large data volumes
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Excel and Word
• Experience with an ERP system is an asset
