Credit Collections Representative

Manage customer collections and accounts receivable for Export Packers Company Limited in a hybrid Finance Department role based in Brampton, Ontario.

As a Credit Representative, you will manage assigned customer portfolios, process payments, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate financial records. The position requires accounts receivable knowledge, strong organization, and collaboration with Sales and internal departments. You will also support credit applications, account reconciliations, credit notes, and outstanding balance follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and outstanding receivables for assigned customer portfolios
• Process customer payments and investigate unidentified or unapplied cash
• Track disputes, deductions, claims, and approved credit notes
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate financial discrepancies
• Communicate collection progress and account concerns with Sales

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
• Accounting, Finance, or related college diploma or degree
• Knowledge of payment application and customer account reconciliation
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
