Credit Collections Supervisor Mississauga

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will run daily Credit and Collections activities while supervising the team. The position covers customer account maintenance, report development, adjustments, and process improvements. It also requires adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit reviews, collections, account maintenance, and reports
• Oversee customer master integrity and tax exemption certificates
• Approve customer account adjustments and escalate disputed invoices
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on past-due invoices
• Supervise, recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop staff

Requirements:

• Experience supervising credit and collections staff
• Ability to review reports against budgets and goals
• Ability to develop improvement action plans
• Ability to maintain accurate collection notes
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
