Credit Collections Supervisor NAV CANADA

Lead credit risk and collections oversight at NAV CANADA in a hybrid setting requiring at least three onsite days weekly. Use bilingual English and French communication daily.

The Team Supervisor, Credit and Collections provides day-to-day leadership for Collectors and Accounts Receivable operations. This accounting role requires seven-plus years in credit, collections, or financial risk management, including supervision. Apply financial analysis, credit risk management, collections practices, and stakeholder management to support recovery decisions and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Accounts Receivable Collections team functionally
• Monitor overdue accounts and assess credit risk exposure
• Initiate recovery actions and prepare potential legal documentation
• Prepare committee, bad debt, reconciliation, and corporate reports
• Present analytical findings and support business decisions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary accounting education or equivalent relevant preparation
• Seven-plus years in credit, collections, or financial risk management
• Supervisory experience and overdue-account resolution experience
• Knowledge of financial analysis and Accounts Receivable operations
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
