Credit Initiation Manager: Risk, Decisions & Optimization

Government of Jersey is seeking a Manager, Credit Initiation to assess lending applications and make well-informed credit decisions within delegated authority.

In this role you will appraise and approve lending facilities, support higher-level approvals, and ensure every application is reviewed in line with credit policies, regulations, and risk controls.

You will contribute to a strong risk and control environment while driving timely, consistent, and high-quality decisions.
