Credit Portfolio Risk Manager

As Manager, Credit Portfolio Management, you will lead reporting, risk measurement and analysis for FCC’s lending portfolio. You will provide data and insights to senior leaders and committees, interpret portfolio trends, and support risk mitigation activities. The position requires strong communication, critical thinking and proven leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare portfolio reports for senior leaders and the Board
• Measure risk appetite, policy limits and operational thresholds
• Provide analytics and insights supporting informed decisions
• Research credit portfolio trends and agriculture industry developments
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

Requirements:

• Degree in business, mathematics, statistics or related discipline
• Minimum seven years in credit portfolio or risk management
• Knowledge of loan portfolio reporting, analysis and products
• Expertise in credit losses, capital measurement and stress testing
• Strong data, analytics, agriculture finance and economic understanding
