Credit Ratings Analytical Intern

Analyze credit data with S&P Global Ratings as an intern, applying financial research, modeling, and artificial intelligence technologies within established ratings criteria.

This summer internship supports ratings research and analytical work with junior and senior analysts. You will complete due diligence, financial statistics, presentations, and modeling for an assigned entity. The program includes ratings committees, management meetings, and a group mock ratings committee project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn ratings criteria and methodology
• Prepare documents for ratings committees and management meetings
• Analyze quarterly financial statistics and datasets
• Assist with research, reporting, presentations, and modeling
• Present a recommended credit rating to senior leaders

Requirements:

• Penultimate-year undergraduate student
• All majors welcome; analytical majors preferred
• Adept with Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Fluent English and local primary language required
