What You'll Do:
  • Monitor existing lending product performance and enhance metrics.
  • Partner with first line teams on credit strategy changes and new product launches.
  • Lead second line assurance work and collaborate with model validation teams.
Who You Are:
  • Strong background in consumer or small business credit risk management.
  • Proven analytical skills, with SQL and data visualisation tools.
  • Excited about using AI tools to improve credit and risk processes.
