Credit Union Teller Member Services

Use strong communication and basic mathematics as a Deposit Services Representative supporting members at Lake View Credit Union’s Dawson Creek branch.

This term part time position reports to the Deposit Service Supervisor and supports daily deposit services. The successful candidate processes transactions, identifies member needs, and recommends solutions. Product knowledge, sound judgment, accuracy, and confidentiality guide service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process member transactions with accuracy and timely service
• Answer enquiries and recommend appropriate deposit service solutions
• Process stop payments and automatic transfers for members
• Balance outgoing cheques, utilities, and other transactions
• Follow money laundering, confidentiality, security, and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with careful attention to detail
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze transaction problems
• Commitment to continuous learning and product knowledge
• Ability to handle people sensitively and professionally
