Critical Care Step-Down RN: Patient-Centered, Tech-Driven

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a qualified RN to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a Critical Care Step Down Unit in Cleveland. The role involves interpreting EKGs, central line care, and assisting with acute bedside procedures, while coordinating with PCNAs and providers to ensure patient safety.

The ideal candidate has Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and at least 1 year of RN experience for PRN roles. A BSN and Magnet certification are preferred.
