Join a highly specialized critical care team in an established cardiovascular program serving a large regional population. This nocturnal CVICU position offers an attractive 7 days on / 7 days off schedule , competitive compensation, and the opportunity to care for complex, high-acuity patients in a sophisticated critical care environment.

- Commencement bonus
- 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
- 45 critical care beds across four ICU pods
- Coverage across Critical Care, Medical-Surgical ICU, and ECMO services
- Overnight management of complex, high-acuity cardiovascular and surgical patients
- Care for postoperative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients
- Management of patients requiring ECMO and other advanced mechanical circulatory or respiratory support
- Diverse clinical mix including patients following:
- CABG
- Valve surgery
- Aortic surgery
- Major thoracic procedures
- Management of critically ill patients with cardiogenic shock, severe respiratory failure, and multiorgan dysfunction
- Close collaboration with a multidisciplinary critical care team
