What You’ll Do:

As a CRM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing sophisticated customer relationship management strategies. Your role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their campaign needs, crafting tailored solutions on leading platforms, and ensuring seamless documentation of your work. Your proactive approach and ambition will help drive success and ensure our clients stay ahead in a competitive marketplace.

Required Skills:

• Strong functional expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Iterable, Bloomreach, and Klayvio
• Ability to understand and contribute to campaign workflows
• Excellent documentation skills to maintain clear, detailed process records
• Client-facing experience with superb communication skills
• Good understanding of tech concepts—non-technical background acceptable, but familiarity is advantageous
• Proactive and ambitious attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with campaign automation and customer journey orchestration
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of tech environments or system integrations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in CRM consultancy or equivalent client-facing CRM roles
