CRM & Data Insight Lead

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements:
- We have relevant experience or we are educated to degree level.
- We have excellent communication skills.
- We have strong problem-solving skills.
- We have experience with CRM systems and their management.
- We have experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
- We have experience producing business insights, data analytics, and reports, and using these to make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- We have experience managing multiple projects in a busy, target-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- We manage our CRM database (Donorfy) and work to maximise its value to our strategy and fundraising goals.
- We use CRM and rich data insight to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic focus.
- We work closely with colleagues across teams to support Income Generation and Communications with CRM and data insight.
- We help colleagues in Finance implement better reporting and more efficient solutions.
- We support data-led fundraising and marketing activities to grow our supporters and their value to our charity.
- We contribute to our charitys transformation, especially across cancer and childrens services.

We are supporting a client that has been voted one of the top 100 hospitals in the world and is a global leader in healthcare innovation. This is a new permanent role based in Cambridge at our Biomedical Campus, working hybrid with onsite attendance four days per week. The role offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, with part-time hours of 30 per week considered.
