DEPT® is seeking a CRM Data & Analytics Lead in Toronto for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage and analyze customer data within a CRM (Bluecore) to drive marketing, sales, and retention strategies, create dashboards, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience.

You will segment audiences, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities to grow retention and revenue using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
