CRM Lifecycle Architect

Moneybox is seeking an experienced CRM Lifecycle Executive to manage end-to-end customer journeys using owned touchpoints across our Wealth, Savings and Homebuying teams. The role focuses on engaging customers, improving retention, and driving cross-sell through targeted, data-driven campaigns.

You will work with Marketing, Product, and Insight to optimise and personalise communications, leveraging HTML/CMS skills and Braze to deliver effective automation across channels.
