Overview

In this role you will serve as the Product Owner for MS Dynamics 365 CRM within a growing payments fintech. You’ll own the full integration, maintenance, and process design for the Onboarding and In-Life team, collaborating with developers and senior stakeholders. You will analyze current systems, identify gaps, and document data models and data flows to enable scalable onboarding and lifecycle handling. This position sits at scale-up pace, aligning product outcomes with business goals while leveraging agile practices.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 CRM integration, maintenance and process management for the Onboarding and In-Life team
  • Collaborate with developers and leadership to translate business needs into CRM solutions
  • Perform current system analysis, gap analysis and document business data models and data flows
  • Drive continuous delivery and agile practices within the product area
  • Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements in the CRM roadmap
Key requirements
  • Experience as a Product Owner with MS Dynamics CRM and/or Adobe Marketing
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with developers and leadership
  • Proven track record delivering analysis of current systems and data models
  • Experience with Agile, Lean or continuous delivery approaches
  • Preferably financial services experience
