CRM Specialist

In this role you will execute Tripadvisor’s member communications across email, push, and site marketing to engage a global, multilingual audience. You will work within marketing automation tools to build audiences, campaign logic, and templates, while ensuring quality through thorough QA. You’ll coordinate translation needs and support cross-functional teams on campaigns that reach millions weekly. This is a fast-paced, remote-friendly position focused on scalable, data-informed CRM execution and impact.

• Produce email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners/interstitials
• Configure audiences, campaign logic, and templates in marketing automation platforms based on specs
• Assist with translation requests across multiple languages
• Perform thorough testing to catch bugs and enforce QA processes
• Support managers on ad-hoc CRM projects
• Create and update templates by adjusting copy/images/links in the template editor tool
• Coordinate and deliver 3-5 campaigns weekly with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

• 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate, B2C environment
• Experience in a CRM role in a high-energy online setting
• Strong communication skills for engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment and managing cross-functional launches
• Meticulous attention to detail and a structured problem-solving approach
• Experience or familiarity with customer engagement platforms; Braze is a plus
• Ability to manage translations and collaboration across languages
• Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and provide clear project status
