Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Support Analyst (Salesforce) to support Salesforce CRM administration, user support, data management, troubleshooting, reporting and CRM process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with sales, customer success, operations, business and technology teams to maintain CRM functionality and ensure users have effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Salesforce CRM users.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, user requests and application-related problems.
• Maintain accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and other CRM data.
• Support Salesforce user setup, profiles, permissions and basic access management.
• Gather and document business and CRM support requirements.
• Perform data validation, cleanup, updates and reconciliation activities.
• Support lead, opportunity, pipeline and sales process management.
• Participate in Salesforce testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation.
• Assist with Salesforce upgrades, enhancements and new feature releases.
