Ethos is seeking an experienced CRM operations manager to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, audit pipeline hygiene, and build funnel dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.

This is a remote, flexible engagement at 5–20 hours weekly with a $100/hour rate, starting ASAP.
