Cross-Border Tax Leader & Team Coach

MNP in Montreal seeks an experienced tax professional to lead client-facing cross-border U.S./Canada individual tax engagements for citizens and residents in Canada. You will deliver expertise on tax treaties, social security, and expatriate compensation; participate in policy design and business development; and mentor teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership, 4–5 years in public accounting, and a solid grasp of both Canadian and U.S. income tax.
