We are seeking a detail-oriented CS Flight Service Desk professional for a contract opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports worldwide travel and service arrangements for pilots and flight crews, helping ensure crews have the accommodations, transportation, and support they need to keep flight operations moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate hotel accommodations, ground transportation, catering, and related service arrangements for pilots and flight crews worldwide.

- Respond to last-minute changes caused by maintenance issues, crew emergencies, schedule changes, and other operational disruptions.

- Communicate with pilots, hotels, transportation providers, catering contacts, and internal teams to confirm service details.

- Email hotels to request room blocks, track confirmations, and follow up by phone when needed.

- Maintain the service queue and ensure arrangements are confirmed before crew arrivals. xhqgsiq

- Update internal systems with booking details, service changes, and confirmations so crews have accurate and current information.
