CS&A Engineer

In this role you support CS&A delivery on nuclear projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to produce compliant design packages. You develop Revit models for CS&A and mechanical piping, and review outputs to meet safety and regulatory standards. You work autonomously to deliver packages on time and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences. This role offers a chance to shape critical infrastructure in a highly regulated, safety-conscious environment.

• Produce CS&A design work packages (specifications, drawings, verifications) aligned with legal and performance requirements
• Develop Revit models for CS&A and Mechanical Piping with lead engineers
• Deliver CS&A design outputs (designs, assessments, drawings, reports) and perform checks and approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineering disciplines to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions

• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably nuclear
• Familiar with a range of design technologies and techniques
• Production of CS&A design documents (calculations, drawings, specs, scopes of work, method statements)
• Qualified and experienced user of Autodesk Revit
• Experience in steelwork design with knowledge of Eurocode 3 and BS 5950-1
• Ability to work independently and seek input from others to improve solutions
• Clear and tailored communication to different audiences
• Minimum 5+ years design delivery if HNC pathway; or BEng/MEng with 2+ years design delivery
