Customer Delivery Manager | Data‑Driven Ops & People Leader

The Sofa Delivery Company is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead our Customer Delivery Centre, owning operational and financial performance of the site. You will lead a large team, driving operational excellence, cost control, and excellent customer service to deliver moments that matter for our customers.

You will use data to drive performance, manage costs, and support ESG goals while maintaining high safety and service standards across the fleet and delivery operations.
