Customer Enablement Architect

Wordsmith AI Ltd. is hiring an Enablement Lead to own onboarding, training and enablement end to end for in-house legal customers in Edinburgh. You will design learning curriculums, run live sessions for lawyers and business users, and build a self-paced academy to sustain customer capability.

You'll collaborate with Transformation, Customer Success and Product to align enablement with real implementations and product changes, ensuring customers become confident, self-sufficient users.
