Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT engineer for a hands-on role within an international technology organisation. The successful candidate will resolve technical issues, support IT environments both remotely and on customer sites, and manage incidents through the Service Desk system.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT engineering, strong knowledge of Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure, plus solid networking and Windows/macOS experience.
