Customer-Focused ICT Service Desk Technician

Hft is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Service Desk Technician to join the ICT team and support colleagues with reliable technology services across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for ICT support, resolving incidents and service requests while delivering excellent customer service.

You will support a range of technologies including Windows devices, Chromebooks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
