Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant

An exciting opportunity for a data and analytics professional to use customer data to improve campaign targeting and performance. You will combine strong SQL skills with data visualisation and commercial insight to support data-driven marketing decisions.

Their analytics function works closely with stakeholders to understand campaign performance and optimise customer targeting. You will join a collaborative environment where your insights can directly influence marketing activity and customer communications.
The Role
- Develop customer selections for marketing, research and service communications.
- Use SQL to extract and analyse customer data for campaign targeting.
- Build and enhance self-service dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Deliver actionable insights from test and learn activity.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Develop quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and compliant outputs.
- Present complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial SQL experience.
- Experience with data visualisation, ideally Power BI or a similar platform.
- Experience delivering customer, campaign or marketing analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into insights that support strategic decisions.
- Experience within a compliance-led environment would be beneficial.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
