Customer Service Banking Associate

Process financial transactions and advise customers as a Customer Experience Associate in Cochrane, Alberta, working 30 hours weekly with TD Canada Trust.

In Personal & Commercial Banking, this associate builds customer relationships through service transactions, advice, and banking solutions. The position requires accurate processing, customer needs assessment, and clear communication. It also supports referrals, business objectives, and positive branch experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Calm, courteous, accurate, detail-oriented communication and initiative
