Customer Service Banking Associate

Deliver accurate banking transactions and personalized service as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in West Vancouver. This part-time role offers 18.75 hours weekly.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD Canada Trust customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and banking guidance. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and resolve concerns using established procedures. The role also involves promoting banking products, completing processes accurately, and supporting team effectiveness. High school education and one or more years of relevant experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Provide clear guidance on banking solutions and processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma and one or more years’ relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented initiative across changing priorities
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
