Customer Support Delivery Lead (AHT & Systems)

tem is hiring a Customer Support Manager to own key support improvement projects within Buy. You’ll drive milestones like reducing AHT, oversee the phone systems rollout, and tighten the complaints process, reporting to the CX lead.

You will lead a small team, coach direct reports, and ensure speed never compromises quality while continuously improving support metrics and customer satisfaction across channels.
