Customer Support Invoicing Analyst

Support aircraft engine invoicing and customer operations as a Working Student with MTU Maintenance Canada in Delta. Use SAP and Excel to validate business data.

This full-time, 12-month contract supports commercial operations at MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd. The Customer Support and Invoicing Analyst reviews invoice data, coordinates with departments, and contributes to operational planning. The role also develops dashboards, prepares presentations, and supports process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate customer invoices for maintenance events
• Consolidate data from SAP and business systems
• Investigate duplicate charges, booking errors, and billing exceptions
• Maintain engine induction planning information
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Prior CO-OP or internship experience
