Overview

In this role you will deploy, integrate, and optimize Darktrace technology across network, cloud, OT, and email environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to key customers, supporting security infrastructure design and planning. You’ll manage deployments to meet SLOs, handle support tickets, and keep open lines of communication with sales, customer success, and operations. This is a fast-paced, impactful position that helps customers stay ahead with AI-powered protection and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Execute deployment projects within agreed SLOs and integrate new systems into existing networks
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets to address technical issues
  • Proactively engage customers to maintain healthy deployments
  • Maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, operations)
Key requirements
  • Background in Network, Cloud, OT or SOC engineering or similar
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN, and OSI model
  • Foundational understanding of network and cloud architecture design and best practices
  • Familiarity with OT network principles per Purdue model
  • Foundational knowledge/certifications with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
  • Fluency in additional European languages is desirable
  • Experience implementing Darktrace sensors and deployment options is a plus
