Cyber Security Consultant

** Please Note this contract is outside of IR35 **

Our client is seeking cyber security consultants to deliver improvements across an ongoing security programme. With a focus on AWS, you will implement recommendations from an independent review, strengthen day-to-day security operations and support new tooling and future security strategy.

Responsibilities

• Improve incident response, security processes and operational controls.
• Review and strengthen AWS cloud security, network security, encryption and system designs.
• Support the introduction of new security tools and contribute to future security strategy and delivery plans.

Essential skills

• A technical background with AWS cloud security expertise.
• Experience in DevSecOps and network security.
• Experience improving incident management and response processes for clients.
• Understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001 and other security frameworks; in-depth compliance expertise is not required.
