Cyber Software and Dev Ops Lead

Join Vodafone Global Cyber Security to lead the design, development and operation of automated security platforms that support the group’s cyber posture. You will replace manual verification with scalable, automated assurance for infrastructure and network compliance. You’ll combine network security, software engineering and DevOps to standardize security across Vodafone’s global tech estate. Your leadership will drive measurable risk reduction while working with global teams to deliver secure connectivity.

• Lead the technical direction and development of multiple cyber security platforms for automated monitoring, detection and reporting of network and infrastructure compliance.
• Ensure global consistency and operational effectiveness of platforms across Vodafone’s technology estate.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery workstreams and translate complex security requirements into practical outcomes.
• Develop in-house security tooling to automate manual verification and improve efficiency, coverage, and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with central technology teams, global Cyber Security, and suppliers to align platforms with strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate complex technical issues with concise summaries and delivery updates to stakeholders.
