Cybersecurity Compliance Technical Lead

As Technical Lead, Cyber & Technology Compliance, you will lead cyber security and technology compliance activities across Loblaw Technology and Analytics. The work includes technology risk management, GRC enhancement, third-party risk activities, and executive communication. You will translate complex topics into clear business-focused narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technology risk registers and remedial action plans
• Enhance GRC tools, automation, and integrated workflows
• Coordinate vendor assessments and third-party risk compliance
• Develop cybersecurity presentations and executive leadership updates
• Translate risks, progress, and decisions into concise narratives

Requirements:

• Hands-on cybersecurity and technology compliance experience
• Experience in risk management, audit, assurance, or advisory roles
• Knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO 27001/2
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or Archer GRC tools
• Expert written and verbal communication skills
