Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst

Protect Germain Hotels’ systems with cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response in a hybrid, flexible work arrangement.

As a Security Analyst, you will help protect systems, data, and technology environments. Working with IT teams and the Security Operations Center, you will prevent risks, manage incidents, and improve cybersecurity practices. Your work will support practical security solutions and stronger controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures
• Monitor and resolve incidents with IT and SOC teams
• Improve threat detection, logging, and vulnerability management
• Recommend stronger controls and reduced breach risks

Requirements:

• College diploma in IT or cybersecurity
• Cybersecurity experience or relevant information security certification
• Windows, Linux, and Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Experience with firewalls, EDR, and vulnerability tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
