Cybersecurity Program Manager Agile Delivery

Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs remotely across Canada using Agile delivery, Jira, and Jira Align to coordinate complex security initiatives.

As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will support program delivery across enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. Apply Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban while coordinating cross-functional teams. Align security work with NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity programs using Agile methodologies
• Oversee cross-functional teams delivering security initiatives
• Plan and report progress using Jira and Jira Align
• Map value streams and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure internal policy and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Seven or more years in program or project management
• Three or more years in cybersecurity program delivery
• Three or more years managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives
• Three or more years using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
• Two or more years using Jira and Jira Align
