Cybersecurity solution consulting meets identity, exposure management, and enterprise networking in a flexible or remote ServiceNow role. Support complex sales cycles across North America and Canada.

As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with Sales on security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will advise enterprise customers through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and validation. Your work connects technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery and solution design with Sales partners
• Deliver virtual and in-person technical demonstrations
• Deploy proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements
• Translate platform capabilities into business outcomes
• Support evaluations, executive discussions, and competitive situations

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in solution consulting or related technical roles
• Customer-facing technical, presales, or support experience
• Cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales-cycle experience
• Enterprise networking knowledge, including routing, VLANs, and firewalls
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
