D365 Developer - Financial Services

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Practical experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer or application specialist.
• Knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, Dataverse, the Common Data Model, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate and solution management.
• Comfortable working across both configuration and development, with understanding of software delivery from design and build through testing and deployment.
• Experience of application lifecycle management, governance, documentation, database design, data normalisation and querying.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, plug-ins, APIs and Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
• Experience with Contact Centre, Omnichannel, customer-service workspaces, third-party integrations or Azure integration services would be advantageous.
• Technically curious, pragmatic and delivery-focused, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse complex information, influence others and make sound implementation decisions within agreed standards.
• Awareness of quality, security, maintainability and operational considerations.
• Experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience in a regulated environment would be beneficial.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-230 or MB-210 would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, configuration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, primarily across Customer Service and Sales.
• Work with technical leads and delivery colleagues.
• Configure and customise applications.
• Develop extensions.
• Support integrations.
• Resolve defects.
• Contribute to reliable, maintainable platform delivery.
