D365 F&O Functional Technical Analyst

Turn complex D365 F&O challenges into reliable solutions through configuration, root-cause analysis, and controlled deployments. Work on-site five days weekly in North York, Ontario.

This Functional/Technical Consultant supports Finance, IT, and external technology partners for an established public sector organization. You will troubleshoot production incidents, improve system performance, assess Microsoft updates, and strengthen internal support capabilities. The six-month full-time contract continues until April 30, with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot incidents, errors, and configuration issues
• Support General Ledger, AP, AR, and budgeting modules
• Analyze integration failures, APIs, and batch processes
• Assess updates and coordinate regression and integration testing
• Validate enhancements with developers, stakeholders, and vendors

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of D365 F&O production support experience
• Knowledge of financial processes and D365 configuration
• Strong root-cause analysis and incident management skills
• Experience with change management, DevOps, and deployments
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
