D365 Power Platform Lead

Leeds Building Society

Leeds · England · United Kingdom

How you'll help us live our purpose

We've been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.

It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – join our team as a Power Platform Lead

How you'll make a difference

You’ll lead the day-to-day operation, administration and governance of our Power Platform and Dynamics 365 services, making sure they remain secure, compliant, scalable and ready to meet evolving business needs.

As our technical subject matter expert, you’ll guide design decisions, manage environments, and releases, monitor platform health, resolve incidents and drive continual improvement. Working across IT, business teams and suppliers, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and the business while enabling innovation and supporting the colleagues who run the platform.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Admin Centre and plugins
  • Expert knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE governance, administration and operational support, including environments, tenant settings, access, licences and Dataverse capacity
  • Practical experience of security and RBAC, compliance, audit, DLP, connector and maker governance controls
  • Experience operating application lifecycle management and release controls across development, test, UAT and production environments using Azure DevOps
  • Strong ITIL-aligned service management experience, including incident and problem management, service transition, continual improvement and performance reporting
  • Major incident management, including coordination, communication, escalation and post-incident review.
  • Supplier and third-party vendor management, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed expectations and contractual obligations.
  • We're building capability in this space, so you’ll need line management and stakeholder management experience, with confidence guiding delivery teams, suppliers and citizen developers and challenging design decisions

And in return, you’ll get the best from us:

  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office
  • Annual bonus of up to 12%
  • Matched pension contributions up to 10%
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme
  • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products
  • 2 days' volunteering per year

We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.

Why choose us?

Our business is centred around our people. Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, as shown by our Inclusive Employers Gold accreditation in 2023 and 2025. We're committed to equal opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity.

You’ll be joining a truly purpose-focused culture which helped us win the Leading with Purpose award at the 2023Business Culture Awards. This recognises how we’ve embedded our purpose with our colleagues, and the actions we’ve taken to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
