Overview

In this role, you will lead multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver high-impact low-code solutions for a global user base. You will align functional and non-functional designs with customer architects, guiding effort estimates and technical implications. You’ll coach a small team, drive career development, and shape policy and standards while exploring new technologies. This is a people-focused, collaborative leadership role with opportunity to influence strategic delivery and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver low-code solutions
  • Collaborate with customer architects to agree designs and assess effort and complexity
  • Coach and develop team members, focusing on performance and growth
  • Provide direction on policy, standards, and knowledge sharing within the group
  • Advise on new technologies and approaches to continuous improvement
  • Own and drive intelligent automation projects, including architecture, estimation, and user story creation
  • Communicate solution designs clearly in conversations, docs, and presentations
  • Make effective decisions in fast-moving delivery environments
Key requirements
  • Delivered Low Code designs and architectures
  • Understanding of whole solution architecture and ability to communicate with customer architects
  • Experience prioritising non-functional requirements and incorporating them into designs
  • Technical ownership for intelligent automation projects (architecture, estimation, product planning, user stories)
  • Clear, concise communication of solution designs
  • Ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced delivery
  • Expertise in Low Code concepts/products including Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) including SaaS and PaaS offerings
  • Proven track record in managing, coaching and developing team members
