Overview

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of architecture for technology-enabled solutions within governance and operating models. You’ll partner with engineering teams and client stakeholders to shape vision, establish guardrails, and craft design artifacts. You’ll apply agile and waterfall methods across multi-disciplinary projects, focusing on impactful, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends software engineering, architecture, and strategic delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design and architecture for Low-Code projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specs
  • Create and maintain architecture artifacts (design decisions, high/low level designs, reference architecture, roadmaps)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define vision, guardrails, and runways; unblock issues as they arise
  • Support cost estimation and benefits realisation for technology solutions
  • Engage with senior client leaders to inform change cases and detailed planning
  • Apply governance and operating models using methods like Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
  • Work across multiple stages of the project lifecycle with cross-functional teams
  • Lead as a SME in architecture, contributing to client outcomes and credibility
Key requirements
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Broad architectural domain proficiency (Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security) with at least one specialty
  • Practical use of TOGAF and SAFe
  • Experience with architecture modelling tools/frameworks: UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq
  • Delivery experience across architecture and software delivery teams; hands-on background in Software Engineering or Dynamics 365
  • Leadership experience in engineering teams to deliver applications/services
