D365 Test Manager

As D365 Test Manager for Chanel's HERO programme, you will lead global testing with a focus on AI adoption, automation, and intelligent quality assurance. You will partner with SI providers to maximize automation value and cost efficiency, and own the HERO testing framework across SAT, regression, and regional SIT/UAT/OAT. You’ll embed AI throughout the testing lifecycle, driving automation opportunities across processes and releases. • Own and govern the global testing framework for HERO, including SAT and regression testing.
• Lead AI-enabled testing strategies and automation roadmap, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with SI partners to maximise automation accelerators and validate automation opportunities.
• Ensure regions execute SIT/UAT/OAT successfully and align with AI-enhanced testing plans.
• Maintain AI-enabled templates, playbooks, and ADO structures; provide AI-driven visibility and forecasting.
• Drive quality governance, traceability, and automated evidence using AI insights.
• Manage risks, defects, and dependencies across multi-region ERP testing efforts.
• Scale automated regression coverage for Platform Updates and global releases.

• 10+ years of ERP testing leadership in global, multi-region programmes (ideally D365 F&O).
• Proven experience in SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and regression testing cycles.
• Hands-on automation background with Lidana and Tosca or equivalent tools.
• Experience embedding automated tests into CI/CD and scaling automation release-by-release.
