D365/Power Platform Technical Lead

In this role you lead the design and delivery of Microsoft business applications, acting as the technical authority across projects. You balance hands-on delivery with leadership to ensure scalable, secure solutions and high-quality outcomes. You stay current with Microsoft platform evolution and guide pragmatic adoption of new capabilities. You collaborate with architects, product owners and customers to translate requirements into robust systems and mentor distributed teams. • Lead solution design, build and delivery across Power Platform and D365 (CE) projects
• Own technical quality, standards and deliverables
• Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services
• Work directly with customers to refine requirements
• Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches
• Mentor developers and lead distributed teams

• 5+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery
• Strong Power Apps (Model, Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse
• Experience with implementing D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Insights)
• Front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid Template)
• Server-side development (C#/.Net/.Net Core)
• REST API / custom connectors integration experience
• Azure integration services knowledge
• ALM and CI/CD experience
• Non-Functional Requirements understanding
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Relevant MS Certifications
